Lauren Kootman has joined KPMG as a managing director of compliance governance, monitoring and quality controls in Washington, D.C. She most recently served as acting chief of the Corporate Enforcement, Compliance & Policy Unit in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the DOJ.
